Mentorship is core to our mission and your participation is essential to our success. Join our mentor network and help support the next generation of women pursuing careers in science, healthcare, and related fields. Whether you're a graduate student, researcher, clinician, engineer, educator, or other STEM industry professional, your experiences and guidance can make a meaningful and lasting difference.

Mentors are expected to commit to a minimum of one hour per month, but mentoring needs and availability will vary from person to person. Communication may include Zoom, phone calls, text, email, or other mutually agreed-upon formats. Please tell us how much time you can realistically commit, and we will thoughtfully match you with a mentee whose needs and expectations align with the level of support you are able to provide.
